1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 774 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to residents of Bangladesh and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the 774 platform. Minors are not permitted to open an account, and any such account found will be closed immediately.
2. Account Registration & Security
Registration Process
To create an account on 774, you must provide a valid mobile number, your real name, and all other required information. 774 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or inaccurate details. Each user may operate only one account; if multiple accounts are found, all of them may be permanently closed.
Password & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 774 Help Center immediately. Using another person's account or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
774 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or violation of applicable law. If a specific reason cannot be provided before closure, users will be notified once the investigation is complete.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
The 774 platform is for personal entertainment only. Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Operating an account using automated bots, scripts, or any similar technology is a violation of these Terms.
Users must refrain from the following activities:
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Interfering with the security or functionality of the platform.
- Using funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
Violations of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of all benefits.
4. Payments & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 774 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified in the Payments section of the platform.
Erroneous Transactions & Refunds
If funds are credited to your account in error due to a technical fault, 774 reserves the right to recover that amount. If you use those funds, whether intentionally or not, the equivalent sum will be deducted from your next withdrawal. If a deposit does not arrive in your account, please contact the Help Center with your transaction reference number.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
774 runs special bonus and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The 774 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 774 is not liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server outages, or network problems. Financial losses from betting are entirely at the user's own risk. 774 accepts no responsibility for any financial or personal harm resulting from gambling.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, content, software, and other materials on the 774 platform are protected under 774's intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 774 platform may interact with third-party payment providers or service providers. 774 is not directly responsible for the quality, security, or performance of these third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party policies on their own.
